Weekend Swiss

Hi everyone!

I have been living in Zürich for 7 years now but only stumbled upon this forum recently.

I'm half-Swiss, but my mother tongue is English and I grew up in France before moving to Zürich to study; I'm probably half-way between being an Swiss and being a foreigner.

Nowadays I work for a large multinational company and mostly spend my weekdays in Germany, but try to enjoy Switzerland during weekends and other downtime.

Hopefully I can provide some useful advice on living in Zürich and surroundings, and I'm sure there's a lot I can learn myself.

Maybe!

I was thinking more of Tilsiter, which was developed by Swiss in what was then Prussia, and is now produced again in Switzerland.
(there was a ridiculous amount of fuss a few years back when somebody wanted to import Tilsiter cheese that was actually from Tilsit)
