From New Zealand to Grindelwald

Hi guys, I am new to this forum...I am currently living in Grindelwald, Bernese Oberland, moved to Switzerland from NZ in December 2011. So far so good, the only drama was getting a job. But that is now resolved and I am quite relieved..

I am not quite a foreigner, went to school in Bern, but spent a looooong time abroad..I consider myself more NZer than Swiss.. Knowing both sides of the coin, maybe I can be of help to you guys..

Ta, MikeNZ

G'day Mike.
I'm from Australia and I'm moving to Burglauenen this month. Love to catch up for a beer with you and any other EF'ers in Grindelwald

Re: From New Zealand to Grindelwald

Guess what? I moved to Montreux, French speaking part of Switzerland. There was a job I got offered, so off we went..

French is coming along nicely, the area is just awesome. Close to France and wine & cheese..
