I have lived here in CH for nearly 10 years (yea still speaking in English!); originally came from N Ireland with hubby and 2 kids, who are going to local swiss school. We came as hubby is 'pasteur' of All Saints English Church in Vevey - so immediately had a wonderful English-speaking community to help with settling in - I recommend it for anyone moving here!
I've been involved with stuff at church since we came, including the playgroup Little Arrows (another recommendation!) and with worship music.
I love to sing and play guitar, as well as being a prolific reader (Swiss librairies have books in English, yeah!) and also enjoy a bit of jogging, swimming and skiing (of course).
