I've not been on the English Forum for yonks - I'm happy to take my punishment in front of the tribunal - so thought I'd reintroduce myself as I'm back in the land of the yodel...

I'm a 30-something single chap splitting my time between Bad Zurzach, Manchester and Gothenburg and plan to be in Switzerland for the entire summer.

I'm into cycling (both leisurely local rides from bar to bar, or 250km hard slogs against the clock) and am looking for anybody who wants to share a ride or two (anywhere in Switzerland).

I've got plenty of spare bikes here (both gents and ladies) if you don't have your own set of wheels and can organise all sorts of routes to match your level of fitness.

Oh, my other past time is drinking and eating (I review bars and restaurants as part of my job), so if you're not into cycling but want to meet up for a drink (anywhere in Switzerland), I can also arrange a drinks order to match your level of sobriety.

Some enthusiastic chaps often organise some sort of road trip on this site, on the other hand you could always catch up with the Baden triathlon club, or the mountain bike club.

Every Sunday the mountain bike club meet up at the Gemeindehaus Obersiggenthal at 09:30, but contact them first so that they know to wait for you. Most speak English, though there are a lot of Engineers in that lot, from memory...
