Hello!

I arrived last week for a 6 week visit with a view to moving here permanently!

My husband moved out here to work in February and we've been backwards and forwards ever since..not easy!

I'm a nurse and not able to register out here unless I can improve my French drastically. So a change of career may also be on the cards.

I'm keen to meet others in a similar situation if anyone fancies meeting for a coffee and chat.

Hi Claire, Welcome to Switzerland!! I moved here nearly 2 months ago with my husband from UK. I'm also a nurse but not working for the same language reason & also as I'm a mum to be (reason up so early!!!) I've just started learning French in view of possible nursing jobs in a few years time.
