South African in Sion
Hi everyone!!!

I am a South African living in Sion. Just wondering in there are any South Africans nearby? Missing home... And there is nothing better than meeting someone from back home.

We will certainly meet up if I ever come through to Basel. I have never been there and do hope to visit it soon.

I am from Johannesburg and so far no one has responded to my post, so I am gathering that I am the only South African here in Sion... Let's hold tumbs that I am not!

Hi, I am English and my husband Australian (if that is southern hemisphere enough...?!). We live up the mountain from Sion and am always happy to have the chance to speak English!

Hey there Purple B - we live on the farm Es-Bons just outside Aubonne VD, I think about an hour's drive from Sion.

Join us for an apero this Saturday between 10 & 12 - boerewors rolls & wine:-)

Alleman train station is 7 minutes walk from here...

Sorry to hear that, I too am from Jhb - Benoni actually, but live a little far away from Sion. Live in Canton Berne, close to Interlaken. If you are ever down this way let me know.
