yes It is ,but the positive effects on good health is a world wide concern, Vegan regime really help with good health and weight loss.We moved from France which is nothing short of an omnivore heaven LOL

OK, any here live near or in Maur, this is where we are living,We are currently renting a Villa with views on the Alps and the beautiful lake.

Here are a couple picture of us two from our summer Holiday on Mafia Island in Tanzania to put a face to the postings.

We don't mind a drink and some fun every now and then,have no worry with friends eating whatever they like when going out and are not troubled by smokers after all this is Europe.

We also love going on safaris in Africa

For someone banging on about health and vegan food being good for you, you look as though you're carrying a few extra pounds there matey.

I recommend a good steak followed by a good few k's pounding the streets, soon knock those pounds off you.

6 weeks on holiday will do that to you, bread, beer,wine and fried foods as Vegan food prepared by safari staff and hotel kitchen .

But it was well worth it and can not wait to go back soon

Did you know that yo-yo dieting is not good for you?

It's much better to have enough self-control to eat the amount of food that you need - or take enough exercise (read that as loads) to account for the extra consumption.

On our last visit to Tanzania's, Selous national park we had the pleasure of meeting and befriending the national geographic film maker Bob Poole what a great guy and passionate soul.

In the third shot you can see Bob filming a herd of about 80 elephants who visited our campsite early in the morning,what a magic moment in life this was
