Couple of New Yorkers just arrived in Zurich
Hi everyone,

My name is Keshava, and my wife Diana and I just arrived this week from NY to spend 1-2 years here in Zurich. This forum has been invaluable in our preparation and our first couple of days here - so thanks everyone!

Probably have a ton of questions before long, but for now, just wanted to say hi!

I'm also from NY and just arrived 3 weeks ago.
I'm glad this forum exists, as I don't speak German ( but will be learning it soon, hopefully).

Hi, bobllama! My boyfriend and I will be arriving in May to spend 2+ years. We're moving from Chicago, but he grew up in Manhattan and I grew up in Brooklyn, so New York's still in our blood.... or is it bile?

Thanks for the messages everyone! We've been busy, but managed to find an apartment in Seefeld, near our work! Looking forward to finding a good place to learn skiing now
