Hi!

This is probably my 29th post. Sorry to not have introduced myself earlier but I couldn't find anything to say....Anyway, better late than never! I am from Asia and had been living in Switzerland for 3 years now. I found this forum while searching for information about how to get Sky TV. I got my answers but I am staying in this forum because before finding it I thought that I was the only one having a hard time adjusting here. It's nice to feel that I am not alone! Anyway, it gets better every year. Also, it's nice to write in English from time to time. Honestly, my English has deteriorated since arriving in Switzerland.

Why are you having a hard time? the people? the food? the weather? everything?! I hope not... it always takes time to adjust, but in most of the cases you'll eventually fit in pretty well. There's always annoying things about a place, but you just learn to live with them. Hang in there! :P

For me, the moment I realize Switzerland is great, is when I walk home at 2:00 or 3:00 am, alone, without feeling scared or nervous. Wow, such a peace! The snow and cold people are nothing compared to the feeling of safety this country gives me...
