Hi everyone. I just happened across these forums and it's great to know that there are so many of you expats out there with the same issues that I have!

About me, I've been living in Basel for the past four years, studying music at the akademie there. I'm originally from San Francisco, but have also lived for awhile in The Netherlands. I'm running out of student visa time, which is my major concern at the moment. Hopefully I can get a job teaching English here. Going back to the USA at this point in world history is Not one of my acceptable options.
