Hi! Bern is amazing! You'll discover soon
A good way to find new friends is starting a german course, joining a sporting club (I play volleyball in a mixed-team and it's really funny) and joining he EnglishClub Dinner each month.
It's a great opportunity to meet new people and to discover new places to eat!
Enjoy Bern (unfortunately I'm moving to Zug)

Heippa!

Okay, I will write this in English despite of I am Finnish too.

Are you male or female?

I can't advise you to find meeting groups for men, but usually Finnish women tends to have a restaurant meeting once a week in Bern. If you have children, then there is more opportunities to meet Finnish families with the children.

You have to look sveitsinsuomalaiset group in Facebook, if you use it.
There was a group for Finnish who lives in Bern, but it was not busy group at all. The most of Finnish lives in ZHR or GVA area.

Hello Miavera. not with "-" ?
I am male moved here alone so no do kids either.
I have notice that there is not much Fin action in Bern.
Also I admit that I have been more interested to find people who might share same kind of situations what makes it even harder to find anyone.

When I moved here year ago I always heard that theres a lot of Fin people live in here an I kind expect to crash on them or just accidentally meet some. But yes as you say most of them live in ZHR of GVA so I have not meet anyone live.

Once I met my colleagues friend who studied Finnish language and she wanted to test how good she is. She have been only one I have met who speak little Fin

But in other hand iIhave met a lot of other foreign whit interesting background. Hungarian, Polish, Germanic, Slovakian, Brit and of course Swiss people.

Have nice Easter I hope you have some Migno eggs from Finland so you can brake everyone else eggs.
