Welcome to the Forum Keep your eye on the calendar; there are occassional parent-child meet-ups and other events where everyone is welcome.

There's a few english-speaking play groups around Basel. I'm not sure about mothers groups for younger children - not that I think 8 months is too young for playgroup or anything, there's probably a Swiss version of Nursing Mothers, but I don't know anything more. Our youngest wibblet is now 4 (thinks she's 12). I'll edit this when I have more exacting information (probably tonight).

EDIT: Mrs Wibble has a contact sheet for Basel, PM Her (Rissole) for a copy. She did tell me the details, but my cro-magnon brain has apparently let me down again.
