Geneva Gentlemanís Book Group

Who would like to join me for a monthly meeting to talk about books you have recently read, been inspired by, heard of, plan to read or would like to be inspired to read?

I am a male expat, in my forties, currently between jobs and generally looking for likeminded internationals in a similar situation to share books and stories.

Date and venue are yet to be decided.
In case you wondered: No book will be selected for reading. No need to be uber-literary or artsy-fartsy: if you have held a book before and would like to try another one and like talking to likeminder persons, you are welcome.

Contact me, Jens, at [email removed as per rules - use PM instead]

Hell, that went south rather quickly!
Apologies if there is some inuendo that I have missed:
I really couldn't care less how you express your sexuality.
All are welcome.

It made me wonder too. But either he was mocking the study of books by comparing it to his own ideas about male sexuality or... well, it's Friday, so who knows what makes people post what they do?

It might be more convincing if you offer to return the favour as well

"Gentleman's Book"? Is that some sort of euphemism?

Can we get back to books? Friday is defo a weird day.

OP - is everyone...like...everyone invited? Chicks and all?

Creating an event works well, too, for reminders and organisation.

Re: Geneva Gentlemanís Book Group

I could manage a once a month meeting, but Thursdays. Fridays is more for collapsing on a sofa in front of the tv!
