Hello from me too :)

Hello to all the members of the EnglishForum

I am a Bulgarian girl, coming from Sofia and currently living in Ehrendingen, Aargau (near Baden, where my boyfriend works).
I am looking for a job and meanwhile I would really like to make some new friends because I know almost nobody around here...

I just heard about this English forum and thought its a great idea to register. I am very new and I haven't used forums that much. Sorry, if I am asking in the wrong place on this forum, but I have two really big questions right now on top of my head:

1) Do you know some nice place for dancing lessons around Baden?? I am interested in hip hop, salsa (or other latin dance) and/or oriental dance. Does any of you have experience?
2) I find the water in Switzerland quite different from the one at home. I was wondering if any of you has used shower filter?? I don't like how my hair looks after shower - no shine and a bit dry look.

Thanks in advance for your answer!
smiles,
krisata

Re: Hello from me too :)

hello Krisata, welcome to this forum. im also new here .
About water i can tell you that its a big mistake . water is very very clean here ,kids drink it in school and no problems . your hair look diferent becouse you moved to a new country and your body must adapt to this new situation.you eat diferent food , here is diferent air ....its not only water !!! after 2-3 months your hair will be fine again.
i live in lausanne and im also interested in oriental dancing lessons in english . but its difficult to find . good luck for you !

hoi krisata, welcome! i live in baden too, its a pretty nice place. for dance, and all sorts of courses for that matter, you can take a look here for starters http://www.klubschule.ch/

or you can take a look here http://www.vhszh.ch/wDeutsch/kursprogramm.php?navid=22 and order their summer/autumn program online.

have fun!

Re: Hello from me too :)

Hi, krista!! welcome!! i am also new in this forum but have been living in Switzerland for about 3 years. well, as for water - i can say that here it is very soft so your hair looks different after shower and you can do and eat what you want not sure it will change much, as for to drink tap water - it is possible but not in every part of Switzerland there are some parts where it is not recommended so better to ask if you can drink it in the part you live.
