I'm starting to wonder if there's also people here living in my part of CH, which is St. Gallen.
Got here by sheer coincidence, kind of overwhelmed by the size of this forum, didn't have a clue it existed, really. But how could I, being Swiss and not expat. But anyway, if you don't mind me being Swiss, please get in touch. Would love to get together for a language tandem, that is one hour German, one hour English lang only or mixed or whatever. Been doing this during my time in the UK.
So just write if you're living in the Ostschweiz and are interested in new contacts.

Thx for welcoming me - good to hear that not everybody lives in crowded Zurich. Where are you hanging out, then ? Are you the one with the beautiful Alpstein pictures ? Seen some very nice pictures somewhere on this site. As you all know, "das Wandern ist des Schweizers Lust" or sth like that. But it is truly stunning up there, do admit that.

i live in Duebendorf, ZH ... but my origins are in Oberuzwil, SG and I frequently visit my family in Herisau, AR (about 10 minutes from Sankt Gallen)
