Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum and will be traveling soon to Bern, Switzerland. Let me take your few minutes to let me introduce.

I am from India and coming there in Bern for a year or so. I am planning to be with my family there. I have a daughter who is 2.5 years now.

First thing I am looking in Bern is an English Playgroup (Kindergarten) there. My wife is really worried about that. I would appreciate if some one helps me to find a playgroup there.

I will be working in Zollikofen which is few kms away from Bern. I have decided to stay in Bern as it is a big city and I will be in the middle of the crowd most of the times.

Would really appreciate if someone tells me about the English playgroups in bern.

you may need to do a little Googling on those two.

I don't know anything about the facilities for children in Bern myself but
www.bern.ch/neuzuziehen/en/schools_and_childcare/ might help a little, or give you a start for your further search. I had a glance under Zollikofen too, but there seem to be nothing in English.

There is an english speaking playgroup in Bern, in the so called Breitenrainquartier ( Breitsch for natives)
