Goodbye Highlands...hello mountains!

Hi all!

I'm new to this forum, just joined a few days ago. Eagerly awaiting a relocation to Zug in August (from the Scottish highlands) with my employer....and my girlfriend 'breecampbell'

About me...one of the main reasons for moving to Switzerland was to be in striking range of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world and more importantly demanding cycling terrain! Cant wait to get back up some of those gorgeous alpine switchbacks on the road bike!
I do also love to play badminton and would love to know if anyone knows of any clubs/informal games that may go on in and around Zug/Luzern/Zurich.

Anyway looking forward to August...looking forward to exploring some new cultures and the personal challenge of learning the language (I'm a complete novice at High/Swiuss German!).

Mark

Welcome to the forum and an advanced welcome to Zug. There are plenty of expats living in Zug and there's always some event in Zurich.
