Hello EF,

I have been enjoying reading peoples post on EF and have found alot of useful information.
I am Tongan born (small Island in the south pacific) but grew up in Australia Melbourne, I am a chef, restaurant manager and events co-ordinator in my previous life before Switzerland.
I have been living in Zurich for the last 11 months and loving it. I love rugby(go Wallabies), cricket(Aussie Aussie), AFL(go the mighty Hawks), soccer(PSV Eindhoven) and entertaining friends. I have been learning German, but its still not good enough to find a good job so i decided a few months ago to start my own business so "piesOnline" is on it final stages of being on line.
So thats me in a nut shell and i look forward to getting to meet some of you guys at the weekly drinks.

Watch the delivery costs. They will make a disproportionate part of the price unless you are adopting a pizza-like delivery model which requires volume.
