Oi von Züri

Hello, my name is Joseph,25 from Paris, I am not from an English speaking country and I apologize, I hope no one will boycott me because I am a sort of fraud in here.
I lived several years in Los Angeles, that is why in a way I feel a little bit non-french.
I am in Zürich since 9 months but I never made any effort to have a real life here, having a short term contract and having difficulties to talk with Schwizer Deutsch people. Anyway now I know I will be here for a little while I am tryin' to build myself in the swiss cyber space.

Joe

Re: Oi von Züri

Welcome to the Forum. I think it's a great idea that you have decided to make contact with other English speaking expats here. There is no rule that you have to come from an English speaking country - only rule is that we speak English on the Forum or, in the case of a quick phrase or two in another language, give the translation of same.
Hope this helps you to settle in to a 'real life' in this country.
