Hi there, my company has asked me to consider a move to either Zurich or Basel, my german is pretty good(well i get by) i was wondering if anyone has experience in renting properties as it is short term. Well may get permanent.

I also recommend that you ask your employer to assist...

Not so experienced- but my two cents: make sure you get your temporary accommodation for two months (at a minimum) because unless you are extremely proactive and very lucky- it'll take you atleast so long to find a place by yourself.
