Hi English speakers

I've studied and lived in Switzerland for over 20 years now. I'd like to meet English speakers living here; perhaps I may be of assistance to new arrivals. I'm an electrical engineer, but do mostly software nowadays.

Wow, a reply already. This seems quite an active forum. I came across this site not long ago, so that is why. I have been to other sites, such as chat groups, but you mostly get kids there. Looking at the posts around I see a lot of serious issues being discussed, so I gather we have a more mature participation here.
