I'm new to the forum but been in Zurich for 3 years....

And I've just started a stand-up comedy night here in Zurich which some people on this forum already know about as it was a memeber who told me about this place! Thanks nanda!

I want to hear from anyone who is interested in Alternative comedy and Cabaret and I also would love to see you down at the next event which is on SUNDAY 28th MAY. Nanda has posted a thread in the COMMERCIAL section..because it is a commerical venture I guess...though for me it's a labour of love too....as I am trying to make my own way over here having married a swiss and being unable to get work...I'm having to use my contacts and experience in the fashion, comedy and music worlds to try and cut me a living for the family AND have bloody good laugh at the same time...because after three years here, and I can only speak for myself here, I NEED A BLOODY GOOD LAUGH!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, i'm happy to talk to ANYONE....I've already seen a post from a rather distressed bloke up in the back-end of beyond somehwere in 'der Schweiz' and all I can say is come and have a laugh with me mate....and if you are as broke as that i'll stand your ticket! I'm not flush but you sound like you could do with a bit of comedy to lighten your soul! I KNOW how you feel, believe me! I'll link you to this page when I've finished! Don't do yer nut too much mate..help is on it's way!

Otherwise I'd love to know how many of you out there are up for a good old knees-up in general???!!!
