Not new in Switzerland, just new in the Forum!

Hi All

My name is Laurie, I've been living in Switzerland for more than 20 years now. I'm American, grew up in the Midwest and went to University in California. I lived a few years in Paris then shortly in the States again before realizing that Switzerland is my home.

Anyway, I run a small business here, speak German more or less fluently, spend a great deal of time outdoors doing sport or walking the dog, and generally love it here.

Hi Laurie
I've been on a few mosaic courses, nothing complicated but I love it because I'm not particularly artistic but it gives me a lot of scope on just using my eye for balance, color etc.

We are nearly neighbors, welcome to the Forum and who knows maybe we'll meet up in the future either through mosaic or an English Forum get together.
