I am new to this forum and been learning a lot from reading various threads!

I was wondering if anyone in this forum is currently enrolled in ETH Zurich or just graduated from there not too long ago or know anyone who's from there that you dont mind letting me know?

I am considering applying to ETHZ this year and would appreciate some insider info. eg. how the student life is (did you enjoy it? socially, academically etc).

I know there are some Malaysians/Asians/other Internationals lurking here , but were any of you guys educated in ETHZ previously?

i see you are from Indonesia/Singapore - how do you like your life in Lugano/Switzerland so far? are there a lot of international students?

unfortunately USI doesnt have the MSc program that i will be applying...

I have been here for 2.5weeks.

It was really really really hard finding a place to stay.
there are quite alot of international students, but mostly from other EU countries.

The school wasnt very helpful with things like finding a place to stay. I guess USI english program is still new, they dont even know the proper documents that are needed for registration in the Foreign Office.

Life here is alright, kinda boring on the weekends as nothing is open.

and, yea, the food... is expensive.
I have not found any single digit price on an entree.
For me, the hardest obstacle was trying to get used to the prices.
