Hi Everyone,

Lots of life changes going on here ... got engaged a few months ago (yay!) to my fiance who lives and works in Zug. We're getting married in March, and I'll be moving to Switzerland after that. So, I'm planning a wedding in Florida (where we used to live) from afar (North Carolina, where I now live) and preparing to move all at the same time! Thank goodness I like to be busy

I also have three cats who will be moving with me - meow!

Long story short, I can't wait to get there and begin the next chapter in my life with my soon-to-be husband. Next challenge - finding a job in Switzerland, learning German and figuring out how to drive a stick shift car!

This forum has been a great source of information - thanks for all the fantastic posts about moving animals, swiss rules/life and housing! We plan on moving to Zurich after I arrive - so no doubt I'll be scouring the "for rent" posts on the forum.
