Hello my name is Lily and I'll be in Davos next Monday (14/05/2007). I'm moving to Davos because my future husband lives there. We are going to be married in Lucerne on May 25th. We'll continue to live in Davos for the next year or so. Perhaps we will move to Zurich, or a bigger city sometime in the future.
We met in an unromantic way, on a forum for graphic designers, artists, web designers, and other like-minded folks. It was purely a friendly exchange until we decided to meet face to face; the rest is history.
Where I'm from is a complicated question. I was born in San Diego, California. I have lived in many other places because my father was in the navy.
My mother is from, Saipan which is a US territory. It's similar in culture&people to the island Guam, in fact I have relatives on both islands. It's like a small town that you can't drive away from!

My father was born in New Jersey, and grew up in New York. He met my mother at her uncle's gubernatorial ball back in the day and they've been together ever since.
With all the moving my dad eventually retired from the navy in the Washington DC metro area which is where I have been living for the past 15 or so years. That said, I do not consider myself from the DC area even though I've lived there the longest. I've lived in too many areas to really pick which part of my life I'm going to designate I'm from and each of them has been a wonderful experience.
