New to the forum, not to Switzerland

Hi everybody! I've been in Switzerland for over 20 years, but am just now disovering the forum. I'm originally a New York/Florida girl, and have two grown children from a marriage to a Swiss man.

After working for many years in the "plant business", I now run a DVD shop in Zurich. As I offer only English DVDs, I do have a lot of customers from the expat community... which is where I found out about the forum.

Hi there

yes I do sell some blu ray discs, all are code 2 because my blu ray machine
is coded for here. I have a few code l. I can also order whatever you want
in blu ray. we rent blu ray discs and have 8400 dvds, for rental, many of
which are code l from the U.S. so we have the most up to date movies.

we are located at Klosbachstr. 37, 8032 (Kreis 7) Zürich between Römerhof
and Kreuzplatz. Open 11 to 8 pm, closed Sunday

Want to do your customer a favor? Tell them that there is a free software that removes Blu-ray regional codes from Blu-ray discs thus allowing playback regardless of your wherabouts or from what country your Blu-Ray is from. It's downloadable here.

welcome to EF. 20 years of experience in 'plant business' is a lot. Might be you could contribute to enquiry about plant in the forum

I would like to be the one to ask question if possible ....

That's a dangerous business model...DVDs will soon be on their way out (replaced by online delivery/rental) and most "German" DVDs you buy here also have English playback settings...

thanks a lot. You mind i ask through PM.....cause they might be pretty stupid questions or too specific....I do need to ask a few question from reputable source instead of just google it...
