Hi, I'm new in Lugano. Will be coming here with my 6 year old son and will need a FT live-in nanny. We live in Ticino district and don't speak Italian - Any advice?

Try introducing yourself first maybe. I wouldn't recommend somebody to a person i don't know.

Place an ad in the Market Place: Jobs Offered section. Ask for an English speaking nanny, or better yet and English-Italian speaking nanny, so they can teach your little boy some Italian as well!

There are a lot of prospective nannies who check this section. Also, keep an eye out on Market Place: Jobs Wanted section, as nannies advertise here too.
