I'm an American student hoping to study at the National Conservatory of Italian Switzerland in Lugano. Does anybody here know much about the school?

Does anybody also know if there are any student loans available for study? I don't think I saw the school on the Dept. of Ed. list and there is no way I can afford to pay by my self.
