Hi Debby,

welcome in Switzerland!!

I read that you come from Taiwan. Do you know some Taiwanese online book stores, especially where there sell old books, maybe comic stuff. I am looking for some special books from your country, which were published some years ago. Maybe you can help me...every help is very appreciated!

Greetings, Jon

Yes, Taiwan really is an amazing country! I was there end of 2009. Was really impressed. Spent time in Taichung, Tainan City, Sun Moon Lake, and of course, Taipei. Would love to go back, and may explore some of the islands as well.

Welcome to the forum!

Re: Taiwanese in Zurich

So much tasty food comes from such a small island ... please bring some of those special eggs from Danshui/Tamsui! Well, there's loads of tasty stuff you can bring but they're the easiest to carry ;)

I don't know about Taiwan but in China you can buy instant bubble tea for around 4y (70Rp) and they're pretty good. They come in a few flavours.

Very random, but I somehow always find threads involving food/drink.

I don't like instant bubble tea too much, I prefer to cook the bubble by myself. It takes about 1 hour.......a lot of work to do.
