Is there any English speaking people or nannys/au-pairs in Bern that would like to hang out? I would love to meet some like minded and English speaking people in Bern.

I am going to be honest because I would truly love to meet someone who has the same qualities, interests as me. I love all the shallow things life has to offer, shopping(big Zara fan), doing my hair and make-up, gossiping about the stars, going for a coffee in the town on a Saturday afternoon..or anytime it`s sunny, going to concerts, spending a day in Zürich or Geneva, going to aerobic classes etc. I am open for absolutely anything. Unfortunately my boyfriend works like crazy even over the weekends and often(that means every Sunday)spends his free time watching football so we don`t get to do many things together.. The few close friends that I have, I do not get to see very often(living in a different Kanton now and one just got married and moved away to Germany)

Would love to hear from you, doesn`t matter what you do, how old you are, what nationality.

I live in Bern and am pretty much the same as you. I have a couple of good friends here but I miss having chin-wags with girlfriends! I'm 22 and English - free a lot of the time.

I'm also new i Bern and looking for friends. I'm a 28year old girl/woman from Sweden. I have alot of free time and i like shopping, gossip, coffe and all the other girly stuff.
Doesn anyone of you girls know if there a place that can to my nails, with gel. I've tried acrylic but didn't like it and it would be so expensive for me to go to sweden just to do my nails :-)

hi, new to bern as well ,arrived on 4th this month ! My daughter is nearly 11months , and i am happy to meet friends sometimes also any mums in Bern please contact me ,it would be great to talk a walk or have a cup of coffee in a sunny afternnoon with kids!
