Hi, do they have a coin mechanism in them and can they be set for CHF?

yup they have coin slots - see pics. I have no idea how they would be adapted to CHF.
Note that they are on US 110 electricity - free with the machines comes a transformer. I am told that they can be adapted quite easily, but I never seen the point.
For WW, I also have the full instruction book.
