I can walk into an orange shop now and get a 16gb iphone 4 for 1chf, so why would I want to pay you 500chf for a 2nd hand 8gb iphone???

or I can wait 2 weeks and get a shiny new iphone4s for .... 1chf! again, why would I want to give you 500chf??

Already on it! you pay CHF35 a month, I am assuming you have a CHF10 discount which is why you only pay CHF35 instead of CHF45 as this is the normal cost for this assuming 90free sms, 1gb data and the basic CHF10 with zero minutes. The cost for the iphone 4 black with 8gb hard disk is CHF99 + CHF40 connection.

A realistic price would be to pay CHF70. and take over the contract, you need to negotiate with Orange how this can be done, as I can't for the life of me work out why I should pay in advance for the whole contract to get you out of your situation.

To the OP's defence I would say the CHF1 is only available if you opt for the highest monthly contract possible which is not the case here.

op, your indian right, are you going back in india? do you ever intend on coming back to switzerland? if not then just tell orange your off, and leave, they won't come after you.

sell the iphone in india and you'll be quids in.

and a few people have pointed out you can get a new bigger iphone for less even with the cheapest contract.

No one is going to take over your contract for what you want out of the deal, unless you hang around outside your nearest mental institute and offer a free balloon as well (red)

This is new iphone 4S and also got CHF 40.- for a new online subscription
