Bought about six years ago, in perfect condition, selling because I've finally bought a big LCD.
Anyone who will come to my apartment in Zurich and brings me a bottle of Whisky is welcome to take it away with them.
It is a flatscreen CRT, so is about 45cm deep.
Comes with stand.

I think the TV is about 45-50cm deep but I can measure it accurately tonight if you like?
I'm also happy to throw in my scart lead for free (it cost about £30 when I bought the TV) and if you're interested, you can have my Marantz DVD player (was £400 when I bought it). The dvd needs it's laser re-aligning, probably a 100chf repair, as it is skipping quite a lot but otherwise its a lovely player that will just be thrown out if nobody wants it. I would have got it repaired myself but I wanted to upgrade to blu-ray.
The TV (which has a UK plug) cost me about £600 about 6 years ago and is in perfect working order but it is obviously not HD and is bulky compared to modern flat-screens. Again, I like it a lot as the picture is the nuts but I wanted to upgrade to HD and don't have room/ need for two tv's.
As for whisky, any single malt Scotch would be lovely. These tend to range from about 25chf to over 100chf in Zurich, and I really don't mind which end of the spectrum it comes from.
