I am looking for a second hand Lawn mower-electric or even manual or a grass strimmer.
We are not here for very long and its a very small patch of lawn therefore not looking for an expensive deal.

I'm not selling one, but I saw an electric lawn mower at the Aldi in the Einkaufs Insel in Weil am Rhine for 99 euro. It didn't look bad.

We saw one in Hornbach (The Home Depo type of store in Lorrach, Germany) for 30 Euros. It was manual and looked of decent quality. Will that help?
