I have a recommendation slightly over your budget...

Go to Migros and buy a new one. I saw this at Migros(melectronics) in basel this sat but i think you will get it at all melectronics.

Samsung UE 40 D 6200 is available for CHF 555. branded as MBudget. Its a steal at this price.

-3D (needs active glasses) - you can buy these at CHF 29 a piece at interdiscount
