Not in Zurich, but I bought one in Loeb in Bern, if you maybe have one in Zurich you could try.

The stores probably only got their last delivery with the cars 2 release. We found our missing cars in a huge mixed tub at a store in Germany. You can also order from the US. We got the last two you pictured from a friend that traveled to the US in 2010. Now they might be collectors items but you should find them on ebay.

coop and migros regularly have them as my son always wants another one...I try and shop without him. Again, can't say they will have those models. But McQueen, Mater and Francesco are popular

otherwise, amazon.de would be my go to place...

I wouldn't. Some prices are too high: 22 CHF for one small purple car...no,way.
