If you snore, you are not only keeping your better half awake, you are also not getting the full benefit of a good nights sleep.
I would suggest you look at the Velumount before investing in a machine or other "gimmick".
My wife was having problems sleeping due to my snoring. My doctor suggested the Velumount system.
