I am also searching for a light weight travel bed
Can be either the Babybjörn or Phil and Teds.
Good on you for not wasting money on a heavy "travel" bed. I thought it was silly that something you were supposed to take on holiday was so bulky and weighed 10 kgs plus.
You should consider the Deryan travel bed as well. We have the biggest one and it is < 3 kgs. My son used it until 2 1/2 years old. You take it out of the bag and it just pops open for you. Bit of a trick to get it closed again, but we managed when we had a few friends over (great party game ).

The hotels we stayed at in Asia over the years have all had very good travel beds. Perhaps you won't need one. They even have us gifts of baby toiletries Some even had buggies to lend out. Singapore airport also has buggies you can borrow for your stopover.
