a pochemi tebe nada za rabotu russkii jazik?
(Why do you need Russian for work?)

I have heard several people who appear to be living in Switzerland speaking Russian. You may have some luck with a little searching to find a Russian tutor. But since it is work related, what is your employer doing to help you find and secure language lessons?

Why do you need native Russian? What about a fluent speaker also fluent in other languages with proven teaching experience especially if you're just starting out.....
