I am looking to purchase a property in Vaud.

1. ARCHITECT: To carry our a full structural survey I need an Architect to provide me with a full report & drawings. I heard it can cost from 500CHF to 1,500CHF. Referrals appreciated.

2. PLUMBER HEATING: The current house has old rads and they need replaced, piping to be better hidden - creatively. Bathrooms to be installed x3 rooms. Chauffage is a pellet system KWB. I need someone who knows it well to review heating/showering needs.

3. BUILDER: Needed for building one small internal wall in the sous-soul to create a new bathroom. A new bathroom in master ensuite.

4. TILER: For x3 bathrooms floors and walls, average size. Referrals appreciated.
