Child care? Nanny from January 2012 in Geneva

Hello, I am looking for a nanny to take care of our 8 year old son, every day from 3.30 pm (school pick up) to 7.00 pm from January to July 2012. On WednesdayS it would be all day. Both my husband and I are working and I would like to be able to count on this person in case the child is sick. I am looking for a person with reference and a valid stay permit in Switzerland.
