Technical Project Manager Zürich

I'm a recruiter and I sm looking for a technical project manager. I really need someone with German and English but for the right skills mix I can maybe go with English alone. What I cannot compromise on are:

A project management certification so PMP, PMI, Prince 2 etc
Absolute fluent English written and spoken
Some integration experience
Technical financial background
