2nd LEVEL SUPPORTER WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE (preferaly alive)

I'm looking for a 2nd level supporter, who's willing to start working on a project ASAP.


Requirements:
  • Assist users with complex, technical problems, in MS Office 2010 range, or for questions about the applications used.
  • responsibility for the independent and competent processing, analysis and resolution from the Service Desk (First Level Support) incoming requests and incidents.
  • join a team and take on the responsibility of solution-oriented and resilient so that our quality standards and SLAs are met.
  • Solutions and intermediate information you recorded in the ticketing tool (BMC Remedy) and tracked.
  • perform situational and individual counseling sessions for the solution of specific support queries in Excel, Outlook and Excel macros through.
PM me if you are interested. And YES you need to be fluent in german.

I would apply, but I had a bad experience in Antarctica a while back and just can't bear to return. If you were located somewhere in in Western Europe, that would be great. Except for the Nordic regions. Like Germany or France, or best yet, Switzerland.

I am a starting entrepreneur looking to gain experience in support. I have been a project leader, systems designer, database manager as well as semiconductor engineer in Germany, Switzerland (Zurich), California and Portugal. Currently I am giving support to private clients performing installations, giving support with systems acquisitions and instruction, previously I was managing a small company manufacturing internet connectivity devices for industrial applications in Basel as well as performing international customer satisfaction surveys.

I am fluent in both written and spoken English (mother tongue) and German, and understand Swiss German. I have knowledge of French and understand some Portuguese.

Regarding second level support, I could learn this quickly: it depends on the exact nature of the requirements. Please let me know if you'd be interested.
