I am looking for a nanny starting from July 2012 every day of the week (no Sat and Sun) from 13.00 till 19.00.
We have a daughter for 2 years and half and in Aug we will get a second one and I need someone who has a lot of experience with small babies and with very good reference. Preference to English mother tongue and Italian speaking people.

You do realise, that's about CHF 180/day ( 6hr @ CHF 30 /hr)?

where do you leave? not in Tessin for sure, otherwise you would know that here nobody pay 30 chf per hr for babysitting 8we are not in Zurich or Geneva!)
Besides that we will not pay by hour but we will guarantee a monthly salary

Here in Ticino are very low salaries, and for babysitter I think that is about 23-25 CHF per hours, but its very problem to find the employer which pays hours, here pays only monthly with contract.

If you are intreasted to pay your Nanny like that,and it gives you comfort to know their happy and contented to do their duty,why not.
