Dear Sir/ Madame,

I am looking for a Brittish English teacher who would help me to pass an IELTS/TOEFL exam for university studies.
I can pay 20fr/hour. The lessons should be holded on weekdays between 9-11am or in the afternoon. We can have the lesson in your place or in a cafe
I am looking forward to hearing from you by PM ( Private Messaging ).

You probably should learn to resist until your own English is of a suitable standard to provide an accurate correction.

For SFr. 20, what do you expect? The ongoing rate for an experienced English teacher is SFr. 50 and up. This is one time where the old saying, "you get what you pay for" is appropriate.

Feel free to point out anything you would correct in another way.

If they're lucky. Berlitz pays 25CHF for their teachers. As a student wanting to earn a few bucks on the side (depending on their back ground and experience) I'd think 20CHF would be OK.

I just found it ironically funny that an offer for English lessons would contain so many errors. Informality and casual friendliness is fine, but I just had to laugh

20fr a few times a week, why not. Don't be naysayers. It would be better if OP would get a buddie to share, more economical and a better chance to find somebody quality, too.

What some people do for fun...

To the OP,
Hope you can find someone who can help you out and that you find what you need and from this opportunities will come your way in the future. Starting in a new country is difficult and so is learning a second language. I am doing both too.

Good luck!
