Hi - I've come from the US with my 14 year old and work full-time, with travel around 4-10 days per month to facilitate training programs. I need to hire a 'better half'!
The most urgent need is
childcare when I travel...there's not much care needed at 14 but more someone to be in the apartment overnight, make dinner, and handle the rare call from school if she's sick, etc. The dates are well-planned in advance and not typically more than 3-5 consecutive days. She's a cool 14 year old.
Sometimes I'm in town but not home until late so help without the overnight stay is also needed.
We have an extra bedroom and a loft and I would consider a live-in situation for the right person, trading rent for childcare and other help around the apartment (which is a pretty cool place with lots of sun and space and about 10 minutes walk from the train station).
I would also like someone to
clean the flat, and to help me
plan/research things like vacations, purchases, etc. Could all be the same person, or different! Student, stay at home partner of an in-pat, grandmother-type are all possibilities...must be female.
Other requirements are high level of responsibility, trust-worthiness, flexibility, organization, detail-orientation, good English, and sense of humor.
