Just to be sure and in case you haven't found someone already: Do you want to practice your High German or your Swiss German? If the former is the case, do you prefer someone from Germany or would a Swiss person also be okay?

I really would like to learn High-German too, but dont want to spend any money

If there are some chores I could do, (manual labor ect) then thats fine.
