Is it a kindergarten in the Swiss-sense that would need a qualified primary school teacher? Or a nursery (kinderkrippe)? Do you have a little more info on what qualifications the applicant would need.

Is it Bilingual or just English? It would save your friend a lot of time answering these questions individually (which I'm sure she'll be glad about as opening a new business is as busy as one can get) and encourage more responses from people with the right qualifications.
