Ask your friend what he/she would like to do when they wake up tomorrow morning. If it is not what they are doing now, then they need to work out how to make the changes necessary to achieve it.

Write it down, visualise it and start living it.

There is no need for a life coach. We are all our own best life coach. You can not get motivation or discipline from somebody else, it comes from within.

Re: Life Coach wanted

I agree for some people this works... for others they need help to overcome some emotional or negative issues to get to a point where they can start to move forward - and I am here to help by offering a safe, friendly and confidential place to do so. I also work using other NLP/Hypnosis/EFT techniques to help the process.
After all, for me personally, it is about helping others achieve the Positive Future they deserve....

Yes, which is why I'm sure you'll be recomending the Robert G Smith videos on youtube. They are excellent and above all free (unless of course you want to order the full videos, which are very expensive.)

For people who want to learn anything new (e.g. German, computers, golf, overcoming emotional issues) on their own - there are plenty of books, videos, you tube etc. to help.

For many others they benefit from the more personal approach of one-to-one training sessions.... and the same goes for coaching sessions.

Re: Life Coach wanted

Life coach? This is something an American has come up with which takes advantage of people who are maybe not as 'strong' minded as others.

Plant a seed, i.e. look at the questions on the webpage above. Why do I feel so negative? Where do I go from here? I need someone to listen to me etc.

Very good marketing, ask the questions make them think, instead of going for a coffee and a chat with a friend, call the life coach and spend money.

ching ching!

Yes, it's annoying that the person bumping this thread again was just pushing a commercial interest. Maybe we should close threads after a few months of no activity.
